An amazing historical adobe, 3 bedroom 2 full bath, ‘apartment’ sits on the second story overlooking the plaza intersection and the Taos Inn. The original building dates back to the late 1800’s. The ‘apartment’ was probably constructed in the 1920’s. The old time feel is there with the modern necessities added. There is a swamp cooler, flat screen TV, a modern little kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee maker, blender and all the kitchen necessities to fix a good stay in meal.

Property Policies

50% deposit due immediately upon making a reservation. A confirmation with directions will be emailed to you. If you are sending a check, it needs to be received within five days of making your reservation. All finals are due 30 days prior to arrival, 60 days prior to arrival Christmas, New Years and month long stays. We will ask you to fill out and sign a form stating Taos Getaway has the right to charge your credit card if damage occurs to the property, excessive cleaning is needed or extra hot tub maintenance.

30 days prior to arrival non holidays, 60 days prior to arrival Christmas & New Years and month long reservations. No refunds within the 30/60 days unless we are able to re-rent the home. We abide strictly by our cancellation policies.therefore we suggest you purchase travel insurance if you think you might have an emergency and can not make your trip to Taos. If you cancel 30 days prior to arrival, there will be a 16% cancellation fee of your total reservation. If you cancel after the 30 days prior to your arrival, we will refund the amount we receive if we are able to re-rent the home.

Guests will be contacted by the property manager with arrival lock box instructions and maps.
